Masuo Recycling Intermediate Processing Facility

It is one of the largest industrial waste treatment facilities even in the metropolitan area.

The factory is located in Asaka City, Saitama Prefecture, and has good access from Tokyo, where a large amount of target waste is generated (about a 20-minute drive from Itabashi Ward). With a site area of 10,000 m² and a processing capacity of 100 tons per hour (approximately 300,000 tons annually), it is one of the largest industrial waste treatment facilities in the metropolitan area. Under the permission of Saitama Prefecture, the industrial waste accepted at this factory is broadly categorized into (1) concrete waste, (2) asphalt waste, and (3) slag (foundry sand), primarily brought in by construction companies, road companies, and foundries. Additionally, we also have a permit for industrial waste collection and transportation, and as a waste collection and transportation company, we carry out transportation operations such as bringing waste from the waste generation site to our facility, transporting recycled base materials to construction sites, and transporting recycled graded materials to partner road companies.

Asbestos-specific Ministry of the Environment harmless treatment certified facility (Reactor No. 3) has started operation!

In 2013, Mogami Clean Center Co., Ltd. obtained certification from the Ministry of the Environment for the harmless treatment of asbestos-containing waste. Until now, we have been conducting melting and harmless treatment of waste asbestos (sprayed asbestos) at existing facilities, but from the fiscal year 2013, we began harmless treatment of asbestos-containing waste at our certified treatment facility (Furnace No. 3). By integrating the melting furnace and feeding equipment, we achieved high-efficiency melting and harmless treatment by pre-treating (crushing) asbestos-containing waste before melting. We would like to introduce a case where we provided design, construction, and consulting for an electrolytic treatment wastewater treatment facility at a cosmetics factory. Since the factory mainly produces shampoo, body soap, and sunscreen (UV), the wastewater contains a high concentration of normal hexane extractable substances. By using electric ions generated to adsorb impurities, we separate emulsified fats from the wastewater and form flocks (aggregates). By removing these from the wastewater, we can discharge the treated water into the sewer system.
